OHIO DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ANNOUNCES RECIPIENT OF LEVEL II CULTIVATOR PROVISIONAL LICENSE 19 JUL 2018 In the original application period, Pure OH, LLC applied for a Level II cultivator license for its location in East Palestine, OH (Columbiana County). The company was not issued a license when the awards were announced last November. In its original scoring, Pure OH, LLC did not receive the minimum qualifying score on the security section of its application, so it was disqualified from consideration for a license. The company requested a Revised Code 119 administrative hearing, and at that hearing it successfully demonstrated that its application included elements that should have resulted in additional points in its security section. These additional points would have given Pure OH, LLC a qualifying score in security, and its overall score would have been sufficient to merit a Level II license. As a result, Pure OH, LLC was issued a provisional license. All cultivator provisional license recipients can be found by clicking here.
